會員機制與權益說明
本網站提供免費會員註冊服務。請於註冊時填寫正確且完整的個人資料;若日後資料有所異動,亦請儘速更新,以保障您的會員權益。所有會員提供之個人資訊,均依本商店之《隱私權條款》進行保護與使用。
註冊成為會員後,即可享有紅利點數回饋機制:每消費 100 元可累積 1 點,點數可於未來訂單中折抵等值金額(線上支付的訂單,點數將在訂單完成後立即發放;若為超商取貨付款的訂單,將在確認款項入帳後發放)。此外,許多限定優惠、專屬活動與新品消息將透過電子報優先通知。您可於結帳時勾選訂閱,或至網站首頁底部的「SIGN UP TO MAILING LIST」輸入 e-mail 完成訂閱,歡迎踴躍加入,以免錯過最新資訊。

付款交易
網站內所有商品訂價皆為新台幣。付款方式包含信用卡(American Express、Visa、MasterCard)、 PayPal、超商取貨付款及 ATM 轉帳等方式。無需註冊、登入帳號即可付款交易。
寄送 & 運費
運費將視寄送國家及包裹尺寸而定。台灣地區提供超商取貨、黑貓宅配及自行取貨等方式。海外地區則統一以 DHL Express Worldwide 寄送。如無特殊狀況將在收到訂單後三個工作天內寄出。
退換貨資訊
如有任何狀況需要求退換貨服務,請在收到商品七天內來信至info@justtradings.com 提出退換貨需求。商品需保持原有完整狀態,包含外包裝、吊牌及所有配件。寄回及更換商品所產生之運費將由買方自行承擔,除非該商品為瑕疵商品。商品寄回後我們將各別檢查商品狀態,並保有最終權利以退回商品狀態決定是否提供退換貨服務。如發現收到的商品為瑕疵或損壞品,請立即來信聯繫並告知訂單資訊及瑕疵狀況。我們將依瑕疵狀況及商品庫存狀況提供維修、更換或退款服務。

This website offers free membership registration. Please provide accurate and complete personal information during the sign-up process. If any of your information changes in the future, be sure to update it promptly to protect your membership rights. All personal data provided by members is protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Once your membership is activated, you will be eligible for our reward point program: for every NT$100 spent, you will earn 1 point. Points can be redeemed as store credit on future orders. In addition, exclusive promotions, special events, and new product updates will be delivered to you through our newsletter. You may subscribe at checkout or by entering your email in the “SIGN UP TO MAILING LIST” section at the bottom of our homepage. We encourage you to subscribe so you don’t miss out on the latest news.
To maintain the quality of our member services, please keep your account and password secure and do not share them with others. TRADINGS™ is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized or improper use of your account. We reserve the right to modify membership terms, shopping procedures, the reward point system, and any related services at any time. Updates will be posted on this website without individual notice. PAYMENT
All prices are in TWD(New Taiwan Dollar). We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment in addition to PayPal. Registration with PayPal is not required.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping location and the size of your order. Domestic orders will be shipped via Domestic Express Mail. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express Worldwide. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Please notify info@justtradings.com within 7 days from the date that you received your order to obtain authorization for return. Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item purchased was defective. We will review this on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem to be unsatisfactory.
If a product(s) is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us as soon you discover the fault. We will repair the fault if possible. In the case that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product or refund the payment.
